Citrus Heights HART - Programs & Initiatives

Winter Sanctuary Revolving Shelter

Citrus Heights participates in the HART Winter Sanctuary program. Every year individuals are identified through their local housing navigator and HART members to participate in a 9-12 week revolving winter shelter.  Each participating church opens their doors for one week to house people experiencing homelessness in their community.

Student Connect

In collaboration with the San Juan Unified School District, and with the assistance of Carmichael HART, Citrus Heights hosts an annual resource fair for unstably housed students and their families. View flyer.

Annual Spaghetti Fest Fundraiser
